Chef Joseph has worked at many fine restaurants but has also owned his fine restaurants, Pikkas Peruvian Cuisine and Taita Fusion Cuisine, both in Denver, Colorado. Chef Joseph has made several media appearances as an expert chef, including in The Denver Post and 5280 Magazine.
